Provide advanced remote technical support for global contracted customers for Honeywell Building Automation sites operating under SLAs. Serve as escalation for complex BEMS/HVAC issues, performing diagnostics, fault finding, corrective actions, and delivering remote fixes or escalations to field engineering. Manage customer interactions, analyze energy system behavior and alarms, produce KPI-aligned reports, and identify T&M/SPOT opportunities to support work orders, closure, and revenue growth.

•Provide advanced remote technical support for global multi-brand contracted customers under SLAs.
•Act as escalation point for Level 1 engineers and complex technical issues.
•Perform diagnostics, fault finding, and corrective actions on BEMS, HVAC, and integrated systems.
•Interface directly with customers and coordinate with service account handlers, field teams, and third-party providers to resolve issues.
•Analyze system behavior and alarms to drive energy savings, produce KPI-aligned reports, and identify T&M/SPOT opportunities for work orders and closure.

Key Requirements

•2+ years demonstratable experience in maintenance, repair, installation & operation of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS).
•2+ years of experience working on Building Energy Management Systems.
•2+ years of experience working directly with customers in person or over the phone.
•Ability to work a 24/7 shift platform.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
