Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • •Ensure client objectives are met for time, cost, and quality standards, and apply performance management techniques.
  • •Establish project governance, processes, and systems; produce detailed project plans and formal progress reports.
  • •Manage change control, advise on procurement of resources, and monitor project finances and invoicing.
  • •Interface with clients and consultants across all project stages; support marketing and business development including bid documentation and case study maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate consultancy experience and have relevant experience working for a construction consultancy in India.
  • •Degree educated in a relevant construction subject (B.E / B.Tech / B.Arch – Civil).
  • •10–15 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • •Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • •Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage.
