Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project & commission teams across the project lifecycle, including maintaining opportunities, projects, milestones, and records in D365.
  • •Process project changes, extensions, and closures in line with governance requirements, ensuring project data accuracy and completeness.
  • •Maintain project/client/opportunity records in D365, drive D365 data quality, and support users with guidance and training.
  • •Produce monthly operational and financial reports, support forecasting and budgeting, and identify risks, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Support invoicing, purchase orders, supplier invoices, cost monitoring, and month-end reconciliations; manage resource utilisation and timesheet data.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in an operational, finance, project support, or business administration role.

  • •Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.
  • •Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
