Job Summary

Support customers and prospects using a consultative sales approach to identify financial needs, build customer profiles, and recommend retail consumer and small business solutions. Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out, set appointment reviews, and drive cross-selling. Partner with business units (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to refer customers, while processing teller transactions and contributing to Financial Center production and customer experience goals.

•Complete onboarding and education program rotations in operations and Sales & Service, leading to a certification for the Retail Personal Banker job family.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customers’ current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities, while processing teller transactions and supporting platform staff needs.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
