Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality engineering support across AESAS and IMOS contracts, ensuring Merlin maintenance and aircraft systems are serviced correctly.
  • •Contribute to operational readiness in a highly regulated environment, applying precision and teamwork to all tasks.
  • •Lead hands-on maintenance activities and off-aircraft support to ensure Merlin helicopter mission-readiness.
  • •Ensure adherence to Naval Air Publications, CIETP, and COSHH safety regulations and tool control practices.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in maintenance procedures and asset management systems to support Royal Navy operations.
