Key Responsibilities

  • •Guard, patrol, and/or monitor venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions.
  • •Circulate among guests/employees to preserve safety, order, and protect venue property.
  • •Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of people to maintain security and safety.
  • •Patrol doors, windows, and gates; detect signs of intrusion; report daily activities and irregularities.
  • •Operate detecting devices/metal detector equipment to screen individuals and prevent prohibited items from restricted areas.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 19 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must have NYS security license before working your first day.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • •Security or law enforcement experience preferred; Guard Card a plus.
  • •Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures.
  • •Ability to make independent, good-judgment decisions within policy and procedures while performing duties professionally.
