Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the PMC Commercial & Contracts function, providing commercial strategy, governance, risk management, contract oversight, and decision support aligned to owner interests.
  • •Develop contracting strategies and contract administration processes, ensuring compliance and protection of contractual rights with appropriate risk allocation.
  • •Oversee contract administration for major project contracts, including compliance monitoring, notices, milestones, warranties, guarantees, bonds, and contract records.
  • •Manage commercial performance and claims for EPC/EPCI contractors and support dispute avoidance through negotiation and coordination with legal advisors.
  • •Establish change/variation and claims management processes, maintain risk registers, coordinate commercial interfaces across work packages, and deliver commercial reporting and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • •20+ years’ experience in commercial and contracts management on major capital projects.
  • •10+ years’ experience in senior commercial leadership roles.
  • •Extensive experience with EPC/EPCI, major infrastructure, and FIDIC-based contracts.
  • •Proven track record leading contract administration and claims management teams.
