Commercial & Contracts Manager – PMC

Lead the PMC Commercial & Contracts function, acting independently on behalf of the project owner to protect contractual and commercial interests across a large renewable energy and transmission program. Provide strategic oversight and governance for major contracts spanning EPC/EPCI, equipment supply, long-term service, marine installation, and subsea interconnector agreements. Own contract administration, change/variation control, claims management, dispute avoidance, commercial risk management, contractor performance oversight, and board-level reporting.
