Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure continuous supply of engineering utilities and availability of equipment/facilities to support production needs.
  • •Carry out condition-based, corrective, and preventive maintenance for equipment, utilities, facilities, and auxiliaries to prevent breakdowns.
  • •Implement preventive maintenance procedures to required frequency and quality to meet KPIs.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve production downtime and equipment/utility failures; develop plans to eliminate emergency repair work.
  • •Support reliability and ensure on-time calibration, repair, programming of process equipment/utilities; maintain secure, updated spare parts inventory and accurate maintenance records; oversee contractors under engineering control.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/college degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or equivalent professional license (passed board/professional licensure exam).
  • •5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • •Competency in instrumentation and control systems, including process instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters).
  • •Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLC systems, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, I/O checking, signal tracing, and fault isolation; familiarity with Profibus, Modbus, and Ethernet/IP.
  • •Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and ability to read/interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams; hands-on motor control and electrical fault troubleshooting.
