Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical customer relationship across discovery, design, pilot, production, and expansion as the primary professional services contact.
  • •Design target architectures on Arango’s multi-model platform, including graph data models, AQL patterns, and GraphRAG retrieval design tailored to the customer domain.
  • •Build reference implementations and prototypes (graph schema, connectors, GraphRAG pipelines, orchestration, APIs) to prove value early.
  • •Guide secure, observable production deployments with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, testing, and role-based access, governance, and auditing.
  • •Establish evaluation and monitoring practices (quality, drift, hallucinations/guardrails, latency/cost) and iterate retrieval strategy, prompts/models, and graph structure using metrics and A/B tests.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep graph expertise, including graph data modeling, query/traversal, graph algorithms, and knowledge-graph design for AI.
  • •Hands-on experience building GraphRAG or knowledge-graph-backed retrieval for LLM applications.
  • •5+ years building and operating production systems in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical professional services.
  • •Strong applied AI and Python skills, plus solid understanding of data structures, systems design, concurrency, and networking.
  • •Experience across modern LLM tooling and retrieval/vector databases, and working knowledge of cloud, containers, IaC, CI/CD, and observability.
