Key Responsibilities

  • •Own analysis of the COO cost base across CS, PS, Support, IT and Data, including employee and external costs.
  • •Own headcount, employee cost, and vacancy analysis against budget and forecast, including underlying assumptions.
  • •Analyse cost of sales drivers behind movements in margin and identify/explain/challenge variances to budget and forecast.
  • •Model cloud, supplier, and infrastructure costs against usage, growth, and contractual commitments.
  • •Own cost inputs to monthly consolidated COO position and contribute to annual budget, quarterly forecast, and Value Creation Plan submissions.
