Manufacturing Engineer - 2nd Shift

Plan, direct, and coordinate site-level manufacturing processes and projects to improve production of units and components. Lead and support continuous improvement using Lean principles, process mapping, FMEA, problem-solving, and operational excellence initiatives (including 5S, ISO, Ergonomics, and waste elimination). Manage technician/utilities performance, workforce utilization, and equipment/workspace layout, and support capital plan projects, new technology/product transfers, and employee training.
