  • •Drive claims performance by providing direction/technical guidance and tracking key performance metrics.
  • •Build relationships with internal colleagues, customers, and brokers to achieve customer satisfaction targets and resolve quality/customer service issues.
  • •Execute compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal control requirements, and champion changes in requirements, strategy, and culture.
  • •Motivate and develop a high-performance team through recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and continuous improvement using data and analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Automobile Claims (or Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years, or High School plus 8+ years).
  • •2+ years of people management experience in a call-centre–type claims environment.
  • •Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or actively working towards CIP.
  • •Customer service experience and knowledge of insurance legal statutes, procedures, and regulatory environment.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills plus strong organizational, multi-tasking, analytical, and training/presentation skills.
