Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a positive first impression by maintaining proper presentation and supporting a clean, inviting customer-facing environment.
  • •Follow guaranteed procedures (e.g., Always Fresh) to ensure coffee and products are fresh and accurate.
  • •Maintain speed of service targets by efficiently fulfilling orders and meeting guests’ needs.
  • •Process cashier tasks: receive payments, issue receipts/refunds/change correctly, and keep the checkout area clean and stocked.
  • •Follow store operations and safety procedures, including sanitation tasks, temperature logging, and reporting injuries/unsafe conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate.
  • •Provide consistent, outstanding guest service with a friendly attitude and strong product knowledge.
  • •Ensure accuracy of every order and promptly greet guests at the front counter and drive-thru within 5 seconds.
  • •Accurately receive payments (cash, credit cards, vouchers, automatic debits), issue receipts/refunds/change, and count money in the cash till at shift start.
  • •Comply with health and safety legislation, safe work practices, and required sanitation tasks.
