Key Responsibilities

•Draft periodic reports and advise public companies on SEC reporting obligations.
•Assist with SEC reporting obligations of directors, officers, and shareholders.
•Advise public clients on corporate governance and stock exchange listing requirements.
•Demonstrate strong writing, research, and analytical skills in client matters.
•Collaborate with teammates and clients, maintaining professional conduct and initiative.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 295,000 - 370,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Significant experience drafting periodic reports under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and advising public companies on SEC reporting obligations.
•Experience with the SEC reporting obligations of directors, officers, and shareholders.
•Experience advising public clients on corporate governance and stock exchange listing requirements.
•Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.
•Strong academic credentials.
