Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and proactively support the Project Manager/team.
  • •Track and monitor project activities, milestones, and business outcomes using RAG status; identify and flag risks early.
  • •Drive follow-ups across cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum as deadlines approach.
  • •Generate regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, key risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • •Maintain business requirements documentation and participate in requirements prioritization and IT release/scrum calls, providing feedback/input.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven Business Analyst experience generating Business Requirements Documents and project documentation, coordinating projects, and managing stakeholders.
  • •Strong skills in tracking and reporting with RAG status, identifying risks, and driving follow-ups across teams and regions.
  • •Experience preparing committee packs, supporting UAT planning, and delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • •Analytical mindset to challenge assumptions and ensure feasibility and alignment with business objectives, with strong understanding of financial products and investment banking systems.
  • •Basic data tool proficiency (Excel/SQL); exposure to financial services/regulatory capital reporting, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, and tools like Alteryx/Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
