Job Summary

Drive new client acquisition in the Middle-Market segment (100+ employees) for HR employee benefits solutions. Manage a portfolio of prospects from lead generation to closing, using competitive intelligence and a defined prospecting strategy. Prospect via phone, LinkedIn, networking, and events, and maintain regular reporting through the CRM. Collaborate with other sales teams, analyze KPIs, and continuously improve prospecting and sales impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and execute an inventive prospecting strategy for Middle-Market companies and develop a prospect pipeline for HR stakeholders.
•Monitor competitive trends and set prospecting approaches accordingly to grow new client opportunities.
•Prospect new accounts using phone, LinkedIn, networking, and events such as trade shows.
•Handle the full sales cycle up to closing, including advice, proposals, and negotiations.
•Provide regular reporting, keep the CRM up to date, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with other sales teams.
