Lead Supervisor I

Lead the sales floor as a Brand Ambassador to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Drive winning teams by creating an inclusive environment, monitoring and analyzing sales data, and executing forward-planned strategies tied to KPIs. Support the store through recruiting, interviewing, training, performance evaluation, and coaching. Provide HR and conflict-resolution support when leadership is absent, while enforcing company and store policies.
