Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the execution of secure development and testing services across projects and clients while supporting SLA/KPI and quality standards.
  • •Embed security tools into CI/CD pipelines with engineering and DevOps teams and maintain automated security testing workflows.
  • •Oversee planning and execution of security tests, including static and dynamic analysis, and ensure testing results are actioned.
  • •Supervise and mentor a small team of security engineers or testers to promote shared security responsibility.
  • •Track vulnerability remediation, testing coverage, and relevant metrics; contribute to automation and improvement of security standards.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in secure software development, testing, or DevSecOps environments.
  • •1–3 years of experience in a team lead or managerial capacity.

  • •Familiarity with secure coding practices, OWASP Top 10, and threat modelling.
  • •Eligible for SC clearance in the UK.
