Help drive CEO priorities into execution for BJAK’s AI Neobank app expansion. Own problem definition-to-delivery work across product, engineering, finance, legal/compliance, operations, and country teams. Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines, and support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects. Prepare briefs, updates, research notes, and action trackers while identifying execution gaps and resolving urgent cross-functional issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Work across multiple functions to identify execution gaps and resolve urgent cross-department business problems.

•Strong execution-focused business generalist with high ownership.
•Clear written communicator with structured thinking and strong follow-through.
•Ability to work directly with senior leadership and manage cross-functional teams.
•Comfort handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
