  • •Support execution of enterprise compliance initiatives including regulatory change management, control implementation, policy adherence, and governance programs.
  • •Operationalize regulatory requirements and business obligations into scalable processes and controls in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, and business teams.
  • •Recommend business process changes based on analysis, experience, and best practices; document and resolve project risks and issues.
  • •Develop and maintain compliance operating procedures, governance frameworks, process documentation, and control inventories.
  • •Establish and manage program metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting; support audits, attestations, and evidence collection activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, technology, law, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in compliance operations, risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, program management, or related work.
