Support the Uisce Éireann Account Manager in strengthening a strategic water client relationship for AECOM’s Water business. Key Responsibilities

•Support the Uisce Éireann Account Manager in managing one of AECOM’s most important client relationships.
•Help drive strategic growth and develop/executing client strategies to deliver long-term value.
•Support stakeholder engagement by identifying and developing opportunities and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
•Manage bid and opportunity collateral and participate in governance decisions including Go/No-Go and selection processes.
•Ensure the account is data-driven and improve knowledge management through Salesforce, knowledge platforms, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrable working knowledge of Uisce Éireann core values, structure, strategic goals and objectives, including the regulatory environment in which the client operates.
•Proven ability to build strong relationships and mutual trust with stakeholders across client organisations.
•Involvement in delivery of water industry projects across Asset Management, Engineering Design, Environment, Programme/Project Management, Construction Management, or Advisory.
•Credibility to support aspirational but realistic targets and convene the account team around the account strategy to deliver the plan.
•Ability to translate client needs into targeted strategies and proposals based on lessons learned and best practice.
