Job Summary

Manage compensation administration and data integrity by compiling salary survey information, evaluating jobs, and supporting job descriptions, FLSA testing, and salary administration. Partner with HRIS and Payroll to ensure accurate, efficient processes, maintain compensation databases, and support compensation communications. Conduct compensation analyses using analytics and data insights, improve internal compensation procedures, and contribute to special projects such as restructures and acquisition integrations.

•Compile and maintain salary survey data to support management’s annual reviews and job pricing.
•Evaluate jobs and maintain job descriptions, responding to compensation and market competitiveness inquiries.
•Execute compensation processes and partner with HRIS and Payroll to support annual merit increase and error-free operations.
•Maintain compensation databases and support creation of compensation communications materials with key stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain compensation processes and procedures, support special projects, and use analytics to monitor plan/program effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 52,500 - 77,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Excellent analytical and technical skills, including expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS.
•Demonstrated attention to detail, initiative, and sound judgment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Knowledge and experience with compensation principles, compensation analysis/consulting, and FLSA review.
