Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate, improve, and maintain measurement recipes within the Metrology department.
  • •Resolve recipe issues using line monitoring by analyzing tools, identifying root causes, and escalating to process engineering teams.
  • •Collaborate with process areas and shift engineers to investigate measurement/inspection recipe issues and define plans of action.
  • •Organize and drive RDA/Metrology shift actions during fab-wide events; execute shift actions with first shift engineers.
  • •Manage shift documentation and shop-floor execution by performing DTS case closures/MWRs, providing real-time feedback, and monitoring WIP and KPI holds.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • •0–3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, metrology, or process/equipment engineering (shift operations experience preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • •Working knowledge of semiconductor metrology tools and measurement techniques (e.g., optical metrology, film measurement, defect inspection).
  • •Ability to understand agentic AI workflows or willingness to learn agentic AI to build efficient processes.
