Manager Continuous Improvement - Predictive Maintenance

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise maintenance systems, standards, and capabilities, reporting to the Reliability Center of Excellence. Guide manufacturing sites in preventive and predictive maintenance, work management, and spare parts management, and own the predictive maintenance program across all sites. Monitor performance against KPIs, drive improvement opportunities, support readiness for new capital equipment, and deliver training while partnering with vendors.
