Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the quality of the CDD end-to-end process for New to Bank and Existing to Bank clients is adhered to.
  • •Provide feedback on errors and common trends to CLM, Front Office teams and the Business.
  • •Ensure assurance reviews are undertaken with the required quality and timeliness.
  • •Provide support, training, and coaching to CLM teams on interpretation of guidance.
  • •Lead and organize group training sessions to enhance quality results and support regional QA efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in the Financial Services Industry with a focus on compliance, audit, risk management, or oversight functions.
  • •Strong knowledge of KYC/CDD concepts and AML regulatory requirements within Banking.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with all levels of seniority across the organization.
  • •High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with motivation.
  • •Strong communication and training skills, capable of coaching CLM teams on guidance interpretation.
