Key Responsibilities

•Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory and manage receiving, ticketing, and documentation.
•Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated and ensure proper documentation.
•Support store management with weekly cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and reconciliation.
•Process, record, and follow up on aftersales service, damages, and inventory adjustments.
•Maintain stock levels for shipping/selling supplies and assist with price updates and merchandising.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or inventory control, preferably in luxury or retail environments.

•Experience conducting weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories and reconciling discrepancies.
•Ability to lift 0-25 lbs and operate internal systems and shipping software.
