Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategic review of KFC’s core menu portfolio and recommend menu architecture changes based on consumer demand, performance, profitability, and competition.
  • •Support the development of the 3-year menu roadmap through analysis and recommendation.
  • •Monitor core menu performance (sales, transactions, mix, attachment, profitability) and develop fact-based recommendations to improve performance.
  • •Translate consumer trends and competitor activity into actionable menu recommendations in partnership with Consumer Insights.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to ensure recommendations reflect operational realities and support transitions into commercialization teams, feeding governance processes as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,480 - 139,840 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or related fields.
  • •6-9 years of progressive experience in brand, category, product marketing, menu strategy, innovation, or CPG/QSR product development.
  • •Proven ability to turn consumer, category, and business insights into product/portfolio recommendations.
  • •Experience supporting concept development, product testing, commercialization, or menu/category strategy.
  • •QSR/restaurant/food/CPG experience preferred.
