Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end cost management for commissions on Real Estate projects, including feasibility studies, cost planning, tendering, and contract documentation using The Hive tools.
  • •Act as contract administrator, manage post-contract cost variances and change control, and perform timely cost checks and valuations on projects.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and contribute to value engineering and final accounts negotiation.
  • •Interface with clients, Project Manager, and other consultants at all stages and work collaboratively with the project management team.
  • •Where appropriate, lead a cost management team to ensure delivery of all accountabilities and support the NewLeaf strategy.
