Sr. Clinical Care Navigator

Serve as a phone-queue clinical navigator under supervision of clinical leadership, answering calls from members, providers, facilities, and customer representatives. Triage calls and assess risk, manage crisis calls using established protocols, and provide utilization management review and authorization for behavioral health and substance use disorder services. Support EAP connections, critical incident response requests, and appointment/bed search coordination, while completing trainings and mentoring newly hired navigators.
