Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer, configure, enhance, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across development, test, and production environments.
  • •Build reusable platform services using scoped applications and ServiceNow platform tooling such as Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, business rules, Script Includes, scheduled jobs, and platform APIs.
  • •Design and implement integrations with Workflow Data Fabric and Integration Hub, including inbound/outbound services and external data connectors.
  • •Configure and support conversational AI and governed intelligent automation, integrating ServiceNow workflows with physical AI and connected environments.
  • •Apply platform security, authentication, access controls, and performance optimization practices, and support release/DevOps activities including testing and deployment governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • •Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (or equivalent demonstrable application-engineering expertise).
  • •ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred.
  • •At least 3 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certificates, with extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
  • •Advanced experience with Workflow Data Fabric, Integration Hub, Workflow Studio, Flow Designer, MID Server, REST/SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, import sets, transform maps, and custom integration development.
