Manager, Senior Project

Lead large-scale, multi-phase AV systems integration projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction. Own project leadership, planning (schedules, work breakdown structures, resourcing), stakeholder coordination, and day-to-day execution/monitoring. Manage financials and change orders, oversee quality and system testing/handover, and deliver regular status updates across internal and external teams.
