Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account teams to provide technical systems engineering support for enterprise customers and channel partners.
  • •Architect and design VeloCloud SD-WAN and overall Arista solutions, including network designs and integrated security capabilities.
  • •Architect and position the Arista SD-Branch architecture for branch deployments and design end-to-end SD-WAN, campus, wireless, and security solutions with validated Zero Trust Networking.
  • •Lead technical responses to RFIs, RFPs, and sales proposals; translate customer WAN requirements into design documents, statements of work, bills of materials, and support arrangements.
  • •Perform PoCs with hands-on testing, provide technical training, handle escalations with engineering/support, and provide feedback to Engineering and Product Management.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/CS/CE technical degree or relevant experience.
  • •7+ years of pre-sales experience with data centers, campus, WAN technologies, or cloud services for enterprise markets.
  • •Hands-on experience managing PoCs, field trials, and beta programs in WAN networking; experience supporting sales calls with technical demos.
  • •Expert knowledge in areas such as Ethernet/LAN switching, IPSec, IP routing (OSPF, BGP), TCP/IP, VxLAN, EVPN, Multicast, QoS, and SD-WAN.
  • •Knowledge of cloud services and routing enablement in AWS, Azure, or GCP; automation skills like REST API, Python scripting, and Ansible are a plus.
