Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and achieve or exceed retail store visual merchandising and sales targets.
  • •Support line managers and colleagues in executing Puma VM standards and improving customer shopping experience.
  • •Monitor VM tools and graphic expenses, and ensure VM tools delivery supports store setup timelines.
  • •Directly manage graphic design, window displays, and in-store setup to meet Puma VM guidelines for FPS, FOC, and wholesale partners.
  • •Coach VM champions and supervise sub-ordinates to deliver target outcomes; collaborate with retail merchant and marketing on product calendar display plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion or sports.
  • •Proven track record in visual merchandising and window display from prior companies.
  • •Strong leadership and coaching skills for VM teams and staff.
  • •PC skills including MS Office knowledge and strong proficiency with design programs.
