Key Responsibilities

  • •Upload approved content, product information, and imagery across websites and mobile applications to support online trading operations.
  • •Coordinate product photo shoots by selecting stock, liaising with warehouse teams, and managing studio inventory movements.
  • •Maintain accurate product data and studio tracking sheets, and ensure product images are correctly linked to product details with quality checks.
  • •Collaborate with online merchandisers to optimize category pages, highlight best sellers, and promote key trends and campaigns.
  • •Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly online KPI reports and support achievement of online sales and financial targets.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Certificate with 1–2 years of experience in online merchandising (Fashion and Home experience is an advantage).
  • •Strong editing and proofreading skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • •Knowledge of digital tools and new technologies that enhance the online customer experience.
  • •Good awareness of the Fashion and Home industry with strong commercial understanding.
  • •Ability to prioritize by urgency/impact, take ownership, identify risks, and escalate when required.
