Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for students and actively maintain the talent pool.
  • •Organize recruitment events for students, including three (international) Business Courses per year.
  • •Maintain and strengthen relationships with study and student associations.
  • •Contribute to and execute the campus recruitment social media strategy across channels.
  • •Own the Gap Year program from recruitment and selection to candidate guidance, and support selection processes including initial screening.
