Facilitate executive stakeholder discussions, run Success Architect playbooks, and drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing. Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to enable successful AI-driven outcomes.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Be a trusted Agentforce/Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization, including how Data Cloud relates to AI success.
•Engage Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
•Identify and evaluate capability gaps and propose standard product improvements or creative architect solutions through customization.
•Facilitate and influence executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
•Run Success Architect engagement playbooks tailored to Agentforce/Data Cloud customer needs.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in French (written and aural).
•Demonstrated success implementing CDP/AI projects, either directly or as part of a Customer Success team.
•Ability to guide customers through complex AI/data implementations with clear technical direction and removal of barriers to success.
•Good understanding of data modelling, integration, and data governance best practices.
•Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams from developers to executives and translate solutions into business value and ROI.
