Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main operations desk point of contact for FHS customer critical situations involving repair suppliers.
  • •Ensure suppliers deliver repairs in due time per contractual obligations; address non-performance and coordinate supplier visits.
  • •Challenge and validate commercial quotations in line with procurement guidelines (flat rate, PBH, time & material) to support global cost targets.
  • •Own lead time and quality by identifying root causes, initiating corrective actions, and ensuring technical standards, work scope, and certifications are respected.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement in Repair Operations, guarantee data quality in the system, and monitor/mentor subcontractors supporting daily administrative tasks.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Aerospace (or equivalent), required.
  • •6+ years of experience in the aviation or supply chain industry.
  • •Experience managing supply chain and repair suppliers operationally, including negotiation and supplier relationship management.
  • •Technical background to challenge quotations using the CMM (Component Maintenance Manual).
  • •English (spoken and written) required; French or Spanish is a plus.
