Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate legal holds using Exterro to manage and track compliance, including communication with custodians, IT, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Manage litigation discovery matters, including supporting subpoena responses and coordinating document preservation, collection, data transfer, and review preservation and processes.
  • •Coordinate with IT, HR, internal legal team, corporate functions, and third-party vendors to facilitate discovery and litigation-related activities.
  • •Coordinate with outside counsel to streamline case workflows and minimize litigation expenses.
  • •Support proactive management of discovery and litigation-related expenses, including tracking and reporting discovery-related spend and recommending process improvements as needed.
