Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure client projects succeed in achieving financial, schedule, and performance targets under contract and internal expectations.
  • •Establish budgets from proposal estimates; assist with project setup and execution.
  • •Review performance trends, prepare cost impact analysis and monthly project performance reports, and recommend contractor invoices for approval.
  • •Track actual and committed costs against budgets, update forecasts using earned value and progress input, and monitor earned value, KPIs, and estimate-to-complete.
  • •Coordinate with project teams on work breakdown structures; assist with procurement (POs and subcontract agreements), monitor vendor spending, and support payment release documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of related experience in project controls, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Lead the project controls function on small and large projects for a large portfolio of projects and multiple project managers.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • •Ability to prioritize and meet requirements across multiple competing project demands.
  • •Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic Federal Contract Requirements to assist on federal contracts.
