Lead Advanced Field Svc Tech- BAS

Serve as technical leader for complex Building Automation Systems, delivering advanced troubleshooting, commissioning, optimization, and lifecycle support. Lead and coordinate critical field service activities to maximize customer uptime, partner with engineering and project teams, and provide escalation support. Mentor and develop field technicians, perform root cause analysis with long-term corrective actions, and ensure work meets Honeywell standards, customer requirements, and applicable safety and industry codes.
