Job Summary

Technical Consultant provides consultancy and technical advice to customers, coordinating Thales teams from project launch to delivery. Manages projects across the full life cycle with focus on cost, time, risk and quality; supports pre-sales, understands customer IT environments, and defines customer requirements and specifications for card products with emphasis on EMV and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide pre-sales support, analyzing customer requests in terms of Cards and Solutions (if relevant).
•Manage projects (internal and external) through the entire life cycle with respect to cost, time, risk, impact and quality requirements.
•Demonstrate EMV knowledge and understanding of customer technical organization.
•Define customer requirements specifications and serve as the technical interface for customers within account management.
•Lead project management for card products or FPER and potentially provide first-level support for small businesses.
