Job Summary

Lead end-to-end product development and commercialization projects across both New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) portfolios. Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality to convert customer and business requirements into stage-gate execution. Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, manage risks, and ensure launches are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, including Private Label and customer-specific developments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end EPD and commercialization projects from customer brief to product launch.
•Drive multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget aligned with business and customer requirements.
•Coordinate cross-functional execution with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and other stakeholders.
•Translate customer and commercial requirements into structured project plans and coordinate activities across stakeholders.
•Drive project governance with risk management and effective stage-gate execution throughout the product development lifecycle, including Private Label and customer-specific projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
•5–8 years of experience leading end-to-end product development and commercialization projects in the Food & Beverage industry.
•Proven experience managing EPD and/or NPD projects from concept to commercialization.
•Experience managing Private Label and/or branded product development projects.
•Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and delivering outcomes on time and within budget. PMP certification and/or a relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
