Lead machine learning initiatives to optimize content consumption and improve recommendation strategy. Key Responsibilities

•Analyze user behavior and apply ML algorithms to optimize content consumption and production experience, improving model and recommendation strategy.
•Design and deploy ML algorithms and recommendation strategies to enhance user experience across platform content, including videos and livestreams.
•Build scalable recommendation systems and full-stack search engine systems, combining information retrieval with ML methods across NLP, Computer Vision, and recommender systems.
•Develop and improve predictive models, classifiers, and algorithms using large-scale datasets in big data mining and related domains.
•Implement model pipelines and deploy services at scale, and run offline and online experiments to evaluate and improve algorithms and strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,850 - 450,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics) and 4 years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of related experience.
•4 years of experience using SQL and Spark for large-scale dataset analysis, including statistical, user behavior, probability distribution, and time series analyses.
•4 years of experience coding using Python or C++.
•4 years of experience building end-to-end model training pipelines using Python and Hadoop MapReduce, and training large-scale deep learning and machine learning models.
•4 years of experience researching, testing, and productionizing state-of-the-art deep learning models and methods, including building data-driven prediction models using classic statistical methods, ML, and neural networks/deep learning with Python and PyTorch.
