Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, govern, and be accountable for moderate to highly complex Function, Line of Business, and/or Association-level portfolios.
  • •Complete governance routines per the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) Policy, Standards, and Procedures.
  • •Leverage analytics to identify financial management risks and recommend solutions, escalating as needed.
  • •Develop and execute portfolio planning to influence prioritization and sequencing with Enterprise Integrated Planning (EIP) and respective PMOs.
  • •Establish and manage portfolio critical paths, mapping work effort scheduling and interdependencies, and communicate portfolio status to executive and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of progressive project, program, or portfolio management experience, including process improvement and/or consulting for large strategic efforts.
  • •2 years of experience supporting, managing, or leading across complex organizational lines in a matrix structure.
  • •Advanced understanding and demonstrated application of project, program, and portfolio management principles.
  • •Experience using Waterfall or Agile methodologies, and having (or gaining within 6 months) CPM, Lean Portfolio Management Certification, or PMP.
