Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and inspect forging multiples to detect surface or subsurface irregularities and assure product quality.
  • •Use ultrasonic, etch, and dimensional inspection methods and ensure timely NDT processing of material.
  • •Perform routine/minor maintenance, daily calibration and equipment checks, and maintain immersion tanks and water.
  • •Conduct mult-etch inspection and blasting of etched items, and record complete and accurate test results.
  • •Support hazardous waste water treatment operations and refer difficulties to the supervisor or team leader as needed.
