•Operationalize the Hangar working model across Stabilize, Discover, Teach, Engage, and Sustain stages.
•Serve as an AI thought leader to raise AI fluency, integrate AI while preserving human judgment, and coach teams toward measurable adoption outcomes.

•Expertise designing and implementing coaching programs tailored to technical teams and product leaders.
