Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow established standard operating procedures to maintain integrity of assigned work and production output.
  • •Train floor associates on departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
  • •Pro-actively respond to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and departmental personnel.
  • •Follow safety rules and Loss Prevention policies; report safety and potential safety violations appropriately.
  • •Maintain attendance, flexibility for designated shifts and overtime needs, and provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience working in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or experience with menu-driven applications, or ability to learn systems.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • •Ability to solve problems, work independently, and communicate effectively and tactfully with associates and vendors.
