Build trusted relationships with retail customers by engaging them in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, obtain and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to each customer’s goals. Provide an excellent client experience by greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications, while educating customers on digital and self-service tools and partnering with branch teams.
