Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow SOPs to build sub-assemblies and assemblies to customer specifications for PDUs, RPPs, STSs, and Transformers.
  • •Use heavy industrial equipment and hand/power tools to assemble, adjust, or repair products.
  • •Perform visual inspections before and after assembly and inspect completed assemblies to meet quality standards, making adjustments as needed.
  • •Adhere to environmental, health, and safety rules and provide process and safety improvement ideas.
  • •Ensure machines and tools are properly calibrated and perform 5S+ housekeeping duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Must be willing to work daily and/or weekend overtime and flex to different areas or local plants as needed.
  • •Basic working knowledge of computers and the ability to read and interpret SOPs, wiring diagrams, and bills of material.
  • •Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods with repetitive lifting, bending, and squatting.
  • •Experience in production, packaging, or construction (or equivalent education) is preferred.
