Job Summary

Own the end-to-end triage and qualification of inbound pursuit opportunities for Huron’s centralized intake team. Serve as the primary intake judgment contact for business unit leads and pursuit managers, manage GET resource capacity and assignments, and drive routing decisions using CRM and workflow data. Maintain and improve intake documentation (playbooks, triage matrices, routing guides) while validating ServiceNow reporting and ensuring data integrity and stakeholder-ready pipeline insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Triage, qualify, and route inbound opportunities using Huron’s qualification framework and go/no-go recommendations.
•Serve as the primary intake contact for BU leads and pursuit managers across industries and communicate routing decisions and assignments.
•Manage GET capacity and resource assignment, including monitoring the capacity model and using Salesforce dashboards.
•Review and validate ServiceNow analytics and pipeline reporting packages before distribution to leadership; maintain Salesforce data accuracy.
•Author and maintain intake workflow documentation, including playbooks, triage logic, and routing guides; identify process improvements to increase throughput.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 100,000 annually
